How we verify parkings
Imported listings
The listings inherited from our previous directory were imported with their address, coordinates, phone, services and photos. They appear without an owner until the parking claims them; in the meantime we only show the data we had and hide what is missing.
Listings published by owners
An owner creates an account, publishes the parking and a person reviews the publication before it is visible on the site. Every later change (data, services or photos) is reviewed again before it is applied to the public listing.
Listing claims
When a parking claims an imported listing, we check the request before transferring its management. If there are several requests for the same listing, only one is approved.
Reviews
Reviews are published only after being reviewed. We reject those that are not about the parking, contain insults or personal data, or seem to be written by the parking itself or by its competitors.
What we do not check
We do not visit the parkings or verify on site their rates, opening hours or free spaces. When a piece of data is not confirmed, the listing does not show it or refers you to the parking. If you spot an error, you can report it from the listing itself.
